Competition course

One motto for the Competition Course: Go all out! Throughout the week, you'll dive into a range of technical workshops.

You’ll have plenty of time for free skiing to sharpen your skills and master different snow conditions, with a key focus on slalom to hone your technique and aim for top-level performance.

Ski Competition Course
Flèche de Bronze level required.
Here's what to expect:
  • Intensive practice in Slalom and Giant Slalom.
  • The course includes two runs each for the Flèche and Chamois tests.

Guided by expert competition instructors, you'll train to improve your time throughout the week.

The Competition course is only available during French school holidays, with the meeting point at the esf Tignes le Lac

I've booked. Can I be sure the lesson will take place?
The lesson will take place as long as there are at least 3 students signed up. If there are fewer, we’ll offer to switch you to private lessons instead.
